1-      OPERATION

Your Las Vegas Guide LLC. Owns and operates YOUR LAS VEGAS GUIDE.

2-      MODIFICATION

Your Las Vegas Guide reserves the right to change or revise its ”Terms and Conditions” policy at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to read these “terms and conditions” periodically and to accept them.

3-      PAYMENT

Payments are transacted through PayPal, Google Checkout, Authorize.net or other third party payment service methods. You can use a flexible payment method that allows you to pay cash on the night of the scheduled event. Gratuities are included for the bus driver. Your host does not receive gratuities from YOUR LAS VEGAS GUIDE; although not mandatory they are appreciated.

Your reservation is a receipt of the transaction and has no cash value. The receipt of the transaction is not an admission ticket to enter the clubs and therefore will not be accepted by club staff at the door.

4-    CANCELLATION

Cancellations received less than 6 weeks before the event will result in the loss of the full price. A no-show or failure to arrive at the designated meeting place on time will result in the loss of the reservation and therefore no refund will be given unless you call your guide at 877-702-9584 to inform him that you are late.

5-    REFUNDS

It is the responsibility of Your Las Vegas Guide and the third party payment service to communicate the refund policy to customers through their website or otherwise. If the customer requests a refund, it must be in a written form at least 6 months prior the reservation by the purchaser to Your Las Vegas Guide and to the third party payment service.

Your Las Vegas Guide cannot be responsible if you do not use your purchase, and therefore no refunds will be possible. There are no refunds for failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point or your chosen club at the agreed time.

Your Las Vegas Guide is not responsible for errors that result in the display of incorrect pricing due to an error from a third party provider. In a situation where a purchase is made based on an incorrect price, Your Las Vegas Guide reserves the right not to fulfill the order. The customer will be notified and given the option of completing the purchase at the correct price or be given the option of a full refund.

If for any reasons it is necessary for Your Las Vegas Guide to cancel an event, a full and immediate refund will be issued or otherwise an alternative possible date offered.

6-   REGISTRATION

In order to be registered as a user and customer of the services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. Failure to maintain and update information due to untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete data will result in the suspension or termination of your account for future use of the service.

Your Las Vegas Guide is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users and customers, particularly children. You MUST BE 21 years of age minimum to register for an account.

7-    COMMISSION, ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

Your Las Vegas Guide offers third parties a 25% commission for a referral that paid a full price service to Your Las Vegas Guide. Note that the full price may vary and therefore subject to change. In order to pay the commission, it is necessary to create an account with your information and password. Your Las Vegas Guide will pay the commission during the 12-month period following the date a customer used a service. Clients should always be the sole proprietor of their account and password. At any time, Your Las Vegas Guide can terminate the third parties referral program in its sole discretion. If for any reasons your account is violated, contact Your Las Vegas Guide immediately.  In order to avoid any issues with the account, make sure that you exit the account at the end of each session. Your Las Vegas Guide will not be responsible for any loss, damage or any other liability for no respect of these procedures.

8-    IDENTIFICATION

In order to enter Las Vegas nightclubs you must be 21 years old minimum and MUST have a valid (not expired) photo identification such as a Governmental driver license, state identification, a green card, or a military card with proof of age. Foreign tourists MUST carry a valid passport. Student identification, TAM card, or health card are NOT ACCEPTED. Your Las Vegas Guide is NOT responsible if nightclubs deny entrance. 9-   DRESS CODE, SEARCH, DRUGS

In order to enter the best Las Vegas nightclubs you must have the proper attire. For instance, dress pants or jeans, dress shoes and button down shirt is the standard attire for male. Skirts, dresses, and dress shoes is the standard attire for female. No baggy or oversized pants or shorts, hooded shirts, flannel shirts, T-shirts, sleeveless shirts, sweat suits, string or undershirt tank tops, athletic wear, sneakers, sandals, or hats are allowed. If nightclubs deny access because of a dress code issue, Your Las Vegas Guide will not be responsible. For more questions and details contact Your Las Vegas Guide.

Patrons are subject to having their bags, backpacks, purses, or parcels searched by nightclubs door staffs before access. No food, drinks, knifes, or guns are allowed. Nightclubs enforce a zero tolerance for drugs and illegal substance possession & use. If you are in doubts about any of these restrictions please contact Your Las Vegas Guide prior to booking your event. Your Las Vegas Guide cannot be held responsible for guests failing to gain entrance to clubs due to failure to meet these restrictions.

10- PROPER BEHAVIOR

In case of intoxication or disruption, Your Las Vegas Guide reserves the right to ask the guest or his group to leave the tour with no refund possible. Your Las Vegas Guide is not responsible for denied access entry by the nightclubs staffs due to intoxication or disruptive behavior.

If a guest gets sick such as vomiting, or spills drinks in the transportation, Your Las Vegas Guide will charge a non-refundable cleaning fee not to exceed $500.

11- SCHEDULED EVENT

In order to access the nightclubs scheduled in the package, it is necessary to meet the VIP hosts first at the specified time. Failure to do so means forfeiting your right to enter the clubs. When you first meet with the VIP hosts, a wristband is given to you. However, if you lose the wristband during the night Your Las Vegas Guide will NOT give you a second one. You will not be allowed transportation without a wristband. If any issues, contact Your Las Vegas Guide or your VIP hosts as soon as possible.

Unless you have made arrangements with Your Las Vegas Guide, all seats and tables in nightclubs are reserved for customer ordering bottle service.

Drinks in nightclubs are not supplied by Your Las Vegas Guide.

If you decide to stay at a particular venue, you have the right to leave the tour, however, contact Your Las Vegas Guide or your VIP hosts first.

As part of the nightclubs package, a party bus or limousine will drive you from one venue to another. Your VIP hosts will inform you of its departure time. If you miss the transportation, Your Las Vegas Guide is not responsible. Your Las Vegas Guide and third party transportation services are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.

The tour ends once Your Las Vegas Guide helps you enter the last club safely. There is no transportation back to the hotel.

12- LIABILITY

Your Las Vegas Guide and its appointed transportation providers shall indemnify, defend and hold Your Las Vegas Guide and its members, managers, agents, employees, officers and owners harmless from all losses, damages, expenses and liabilities resulting from any injury to the personal property or injury to or death of any person.

13- PHOTO WAIVER

Photos or images taken by our VIP hosts during the tour may be used for advertising on our website or Facebook account, and sole propriety of YOUR LAS VEGAS GUIDE.

14- ITINERARY CHANGES

Terms and conditions of entry vary according to the venue. Each venue has the right to modify policies and procedures including changes due to special events or holidays. Your Las Vegas Guide reserves the right to move a client and his group to an alternate tour or change the club line up, alternate transportation, beverages, discounts on beverages at any time due to outside influences such as club/lounge management, corporate/convention buy outs, bus issues, the removal of a club from Your Las Vegas Guide list, over bookings, etc…

15- YOUR CONTRACT

Your contract is made under the terms and conditions detailed in this document and are subject to the Nevada Law and jurisdiction. It is agreed between all parties to this agreement that no dispute can exceed the amount originally paid to Your Las Vegas Guide. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes and expressly terminates any and all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or moral. No term of this agreement may be waived, modified or amended without a writing executed by both parties. If any term of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this agreement will continue in effect.
